This instrument was acquired during summer 2011 as a trade in for our Niton Xlt instrument.
This Bruker instrument currently contains an obsidian calibration based on MURR obsidian samples Box 1 and Box 2.

Our instrument has an oxygen pump to detect lighter elements. It arrived with an obsidian calibration to MURR reference obsidians (Box 1 and 2).

No drivers required with Windows XP.
Despite having a USB connection the device doesn't work with Apple Mac. It repeatedly sends the same measurement again and again.
