On September 20, we welcome Professor Madonna Moss of the University of Oregon, who will give our Fall Lecture on "Zooarchaeology and Heritage: The History of Sea Otters in Southeast Alaska-- from Near-Extinction to Protected Species to the Center of Conflict between Fishers, Hunters, and Defenders of Wildlife." The lecture will take place at 5pm at 2251 College Building (the Archaeological Research Facility). A reception will follow.
