Ask an Archaeologist is a series of live-streamed interviews co-hosted by the Archaeological Research Facility and the Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology.
During each program, we will interview a UC Berkeley affiliated archaeologist and answer audience questions. Submit your questions in advance, or live, at http://sli.do/askARF/. No registration required!
Lucy is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Anthropology at UC Berkeley. Her research sits at the intersection of anthropological archaeology and historical ecology, tracing human-animal relations sedimented within aquatic ecosystems of Central America. She currently co-directs Darién Profundo, a community-based, collaborative project that takes a deep history approach to a region often problematically portrayed as a primeval ‘gap’. https://www.lucylgill.com/
